Shannon Adducci

Shannon Adducci is a writer, editor, stylist and jewelry expert based in New York City and Los Angeles.

Growing up in a family that owns a 100-year-old auction house, DuMouchelle in Detroit, Michigan, Shannon was exposed to rare and important pieces of jewelry, objects and art at a young age. After attending the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University, Shannon began working at Departures magazine, where she started as a research editor and then began to focus on fashion, specifically fine jewelry, watches and accessories. She now works as a freelance writer and editor, working with Departures, Modern Luxury, Elle and Billboard magazines and is also a consultant at her family's jewelry auction house, Joseph DuMouchelle
